BioAlright, my name is Geoff Manton, I'm a disciple of Christ Jesus disguised as a poor college student who likes to drum. Music is rad and i love to read (I like Penguin).
well, as of now, God told me to go to Africa....so i'm going to africa Jan 2 2008 for 7 months. Some people see this as really amazing, i see it as God told me to go, and who am i to argue. I've heard the arguing with God never ends up well.
I've grown up in the bizarly wonderful and oddly endearing Eugene Oregon where hippies and past hippies reside. An odd town with which loves to think of itself for our independent thoughts and art. I've been born and raised here, and have come to love it. Lots of good coffee shops are tucked away here. I've gone to The local community college (LCC) for the past two years looking to finish up my two year degree soon thereafter.
I've been a Kids camp counselor for the past 6 summers. I love and adore kids, and i love the fellowship between the staff. God has grown me as a person through these many years of training. And i am so psyched to watch how God directs my life.
